Request account deletion
Zerlancer is operated by Zertical Private Limited. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data even after uninstalling the Android app.
From your account
In the Android app, open You, then Privacy and safety, then Request account deletion. On the website, sign in and open the Privacy Centre to submit an erasure request.
Without the app or access to your account
Email support@msmenxt.com from your registered email address with the subject Zerlancer account deletion. Include your username and ask for account and associated personal data deletion. Do not send a password or verification code. We may verify account ownership before proceeding.
What happens next
The Privacy Desk aims to respond within 30 days. Requests cover your account, profile and associated personal data. Records needed for legal obligations, active disputes, contracts, fraud prevention or legal holds may be retained for the applicable period. Deletion is not immediate.
